Team - Board of Directors
Professor Boasiako Omane-Antwi is a Professor of Accounting and Finance with over thirty three (33) years experience in the accounting industry in the UK, USA, Liberia and Ghana. He is currently the Vice Rector of the Pentecost University and the Dean of its Faculty of Business Administration. Professor Boasiako was the Deputy Managing Director of Twifo Praso Oil Palm Plantation, Managing Director of Farmapine Ghana Ltd(World Bank Project) and is currently the Managing Partner of B. Omane-Antwi Consult a firm of Chartered Accountants. Professor Omane has built a core area of expertise in auditing, financial fraud detection, corporate restructuring and taxation and corporate governance.
He is currently the Chairman of the Court of Governors of the Graduate School of Leadership and Governance. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Millennium Insurance Ltd, Member of the University Council KAAF University College, Chairman Board of Directors of Pentecost Hospital Accra, Member, Eminent Chartered Accountants Committee on National Affairs set up by the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana 2007 to date. Professor Omane is an alumnus of the State University of Louisiana, Harvard University, and Oxford University. He is a fellow of the Institute of Directors UK and an ACCA Ambassador to Ghana. Professor Omane has eight (8) books published and over forty-eight(48) articles on accounting, auditing , taxation among others.
Mr. Selasie Woanyah, is a banker with over five years experience in various capacities in Zenith Bank Ghana Ltd starting as a Relationship Manager, Branch Manager, Head of Manufacturing and Commodities Unit and Head of Mining and Construction Unit. Prior to joining Zenith Bank, Selasie worked with China State Hualong Construction as an Assistant Site Engineer and with The Consortium a construction consultancy firm. He graduated from KNUST with a degree in Building Technology. He holds an LLB from the Faculty of Law University of Ghana where he graduated with first class honours and received the Bentsi-Enchill Award for the best graduating law student. Selasie is also the Managing Director of Bluestone & Grey a built environment consulting and finance firm.
Mr. Mathew Lawer Teye, worked with the Construction and Real Estate unit of Zenith Bank Ghana Ltd as a relationship manager. Prior to joining Zenith Bank, Mr. Teye worked with the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) as a Service Officer in the Corporate Banking Unit for two (2) years. He had previously worked as a Facilities Officer in the Facilities Management Unit of Atkins, Faithful and Gould in England. Mr. Teye holds an Msc in Finance from the University of Bedfordshire and a Bsc Administration from the University of Ghana.
Executive Director- Finance and Operations
Mr Samuel Yallow, until his new role worked with Zenith Bank in different roles for over six years. He worked with the treasury operations unit of the Bank for over three years, where he had the opportunity to have a broad understanding on banking operations; he was a major part of redefining most of th e operational policies in the bank. He also has three years work experience with the same bank working as a relationship manager. This role helped Mr. Yallow to appreciate better the marketing side of banking and the need for the operational and marketing side of a financial institution to collaborate to the benefit and satisfaction of the customer. Mr. Yallow holds a degree from University of Ghana in Business Administration, Finance option.

Mr. Frank Achampong is one of Ghana's captains of industry and brings over thirty years experience in business to the board of Diamond Capital and DCI Microfinance. He singlehandedly transformed Facol Roads Ltd from a road-line marking company into one of Ghana's most successful indigenous civil engineering and construction companies. He is also the chairman of Locaf industries and Facol Quarries. He is currently the National Director of the Full Gospel Businessmen's Fellowship. Mr Achampong is a graduate of South West London College, London and Park Lane College, Leeds.

Prophet Michael Nyamekye is a consummate marketing expert, preacher, teacher and Christian leader. He is a graduate of the Kumasi Polytechnic where he obtained an HND in Accounting, University of Cape Coast where he obtained a BMS, University of Ghana Business School where he obtained an MPHIL in Marketing and obtained an MBA from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. He is currently a Marketing PHD candidate at the University of Ghana Business School. Prophet Nyamekye is the President of the Maker's House Chapel International.

Akim Tijani is the majority shareholder of Diamond Capital Ltd. Mr Tijani is currently the Manager, Protection, Control and Instrumentation at the Akosombo Generating Plant of the Volta River Authority ( the “VRA”)the leading power generating company in Ghana. Mr. Tijani rose through the ranks to his current position from the position of Graduate Management Trainee when he joined the VRA in 1999. Prior to joining the VRA Akim
worked with the erstwhile Ghana Telecom now Vodafone as a Network Implementation Engineer from 1998 to 1999. Akim also had a six month stint with Sychrogrid LLC in Texas USA from March to August 2013.
Akim graduated from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He also holds a Master of Engineering in Electric Power Systems and Power Electronics from the Texas A&M University College Station in Texas USA.
Akim has a keen interest in the operation of financial markets hence his investment in Diamond Capital Ltd.
Mr. Kwesi Austin is a legal practitioner by profession and is the Company Secretary of DCI Microfinance Ltd. He also holds the position of Head of the Legal and Compliance Department.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Ghana and an LLB from the University of London. In recognition of his outstanding academic performance, Mr. Austin was the recipient of the prestigious John Mensah Sarbah Award for the overall best graduating lawyer of the Ghana School of Law in 2012. He was admitted to the Ghana Bar in the same year.
Mr. Austin is an Associate at Amarteifio & Co., Ayawaso Chambers an Accra-based Law firm where he has worked in various positions since 1999. He has extensive and practical experience in several areas including commercial and company law as well as litigation.
